If you are looking to lease a property we request complete details of current and previous employment history, current and previous rental history, along with further identification details and references. We carry out a 100 point ID check to cross reference names, addresses & other details.
FAQ's for current Tenants
Please report any general repairs to our Property Management team in writing or via email as soon as possible. You can do this by completing the Repair Request Form below. We will then report the problem to your landlord for them to decide what action they will authorise and be in touch with you as soon as possible to fix the issue.
Please always contact our Property Management team during trading hours if any emergency repairs are required. If the emergency is after hours, Sundays or Public Holidays please contact the urgent repairers list on the second page of your lease.
Towards the end of your lease you will be contacted by the Property Manager about renewing your lease.
