MAKING THE CHANGE

Changing over to Wiseberry from another agency is actually quite easy and does not affect your current tenants. Once you have made the decision, you will need to notify your current agency in writing. There will generally be a termination period which will vary depending on the agreement you have with the agent. We can also assist you with this process. Once the termination notice is dealt with, we can take over from there. We will arrange the collection of necessary documents and keys, notify the tenants, transfer the bond and prepare management forms for you to sign with us. It is all that simple!
