Wattley Hill Road Wootton is just 1.30 hours north from Newcastle and 35 Minutes from south from Taree.

This 97.02 Ha block is totally timbered with a main trail going through the block, there are also some smaller trails through the block.

From google earth it looks like there is a small creek

I believe there is a building entitlement on the block (this must be confirmed by Mid Coast Council)
