100 acres which is well cleared at the summit of property and leads into well managed native forest with 6 dams scattered throughout.

There is a 25,000-litre water Tank which is fed from a huge shed.

Fully fenced boundaries in good condition and recently cleared of any new growth (with a backhoe) of encroaching saplings, easy to drive around fence line to slash.

Totally cleared adjoining pastoral land on the other side of Eastern boundary was pastoral lease but has been recently sold to Government and not suitable for any kind of development.

Abundant timber with Grey Gum, Ironbark, Tallowood, Strinybark, Silky Oak etc. Plenty of habitat trees for abundant wildlife including a huge Eagles nest.

There have been no cattle on this property, instead there are a few families of Kangaroos, very healthy goannas, turtles, kookaburras, Black Glossy Owls and colourful finches.

Some of the dams are stocked with silver perch, catfish and plenty of yabbies etc.

Recently constructed new snig track/firebreak has been established which runs parallel to the Western boundary and will be useful after next timber harvest to extradite logs. Having been harvested a few years ago there is a Forest Management Plan in place and regeneration is well advanced for future consolidation.The Property is zoned as RUI Primary Production and has a building entitlement.
