There are wrap around verandahs for those who enjoy the outdoor lifestyle. Gardeners will appreciate the established plants and feeling of privacy. There is offstreet parking in front of the home.

The village is well located handy to Aldi, playing fields and is a short drive to town. The village has good facilities including a large swimming pool, timber boardwalk (overlooking Hastings River fisher-people take note) boat ramp and BBQ facilities.

*******As a general rule, properties in lifestyle villages or land lease communities are not available to be purchased as investment properties or by people under the age of 50 or in some cases 55. There is also a requirement to have the cash to purchase these type properties as you cannot obtain finance to purchase such properties. The bonus to those who do qualify and have the funds is there is no stamp duty, no council rates and no strata fees payable, just a simple weekly site fee for occupying the land which can even be offset by rental assistance if you qualify.******
