The house is situated at Lighthouse Beach, with two well known 18 hole golf courses, Emerald Downs and Port Macquarie both only minutes away. It's also only 5-10 minute walk to Lighthouse Beach which is fully patrolled in the summer months. Local shops, clubs, cafes, restaurants and a tavern are found only a short distance from here with the town centre being a 10 minute drive away.
