Compared to the other Real Estate Agent that is selling my [other] house, it is still on the market and I receive phone calls from them about once a week and they’re to book people in to see it but then they never call me back to let me know [if it’s] good or bad; I want to know. Communication is key, between any relationship breakdown, whether it’s a salesman relationship or a friend relationship. If you’re not communicative, someone is going to get upset. You’re very honest and open with me and I respect that.
When mum’s had an open, you’ve done the rallies and there have been 10+ buyers and with the current market, that’s saying something. You’re really doing your job. And with all the little signs all the way down the road pointing all the way up here. You’ve done above and beyond your job.
I’d have to say the biggest difference with Wiseberry and the other agent is that from day one, you’ve built a relationship with us. You made us feel like friends, if not family and you’ve made us feel like you were one of us. Where this other Real Estate, I feel like they’re there for the other people, they don’t really care about us. You’re making us feel loved. You’re a pleasure to work with and I’d highly recommend you in the future. I’d highly recommend you.”
