About Adrian Rovere

For more than 24 years, Adrian has been one of the most prolific agents in the Hills, achieving outstanding results many of which set new street and suburb records along the way. He currently holds the record for both a residential (84a Excelsior Avenue Castle Hill) and acreage sale (47 Moores Road Glenorie).

His personable, caring nature combined with a gritty determination, has been the recipe that has seen Adrian sell property at levels not thought possible.

His previous career as a journalist, has proved most advantageous in real estate with his writing skills enabling him to market his vendor’s properties in a manner which elevates theirs above the competition. This point of difference that Adrian brings to the table, has played its part in adding thousands of dollars to the all-important contract price.

Adrian’s laser focus from the moment he lists a property, is to ensure every conceivable measure is taken, in the quest to achieve the highest price possible. It is this dedication to his craft and incredible work ethic, that these days sees the bulk of Adrian’s listings being the result of repeat business and direct referrals from those who discovered through word of mouth, what a brilliant job he had done for a past client.
